Q: Under what circumstances do you cancel an order?

Payment must be made 24 hours before the stork sign delivery date to avoid order cancellation. We will contact you via phone, text, or email to remind you of the pending payment and make sure everything is in order for your special occasion. Unfortunately, we’re unable to provide a refund in situations where:

  • We can’t access a gated community.
  • The security guard at a gated community refuses entry.
  • The homeowner or recipient doesn’t allow us to set up the sign.
  • There’s a threatening animal preventing access to the property.
